These Beaded Purse Bracelets are one of my favorite little ways to turn something as ordinary as your purse, computer bag, backpack, keys, overnighters or weekenders, into a tiny bit of joy you carry everywhere. I sit at my kitchen table in Burleson, TX, and play with colors and bead options, until each purse bracelet feels like a happy handful of confetti.

Each one starts with smooth beads in soft pastels, rich jewel tones, or glittery accents or charms, that catch the light when you reach for your purse or bag. I add coordinating charms and repurposed brooches or pins that sway and flutter, so even the jingle of your wallet or bag feels a little more fun. Some designs are sweet and simple, and others are big, bold and sparkly, but every piece is put together with everyday use in mind.

They are lightweight, easy to attach to just one side of your purse OR you can attach one loop to one side and the other loop to your other handle. This is a beautiful way to 'swag' your purse bracelet. It's versatile enough for a wallet, clutch, backpack, cross-body purse, keychain or anything really. Some even hang them from their rearview mirror, if you like that type thing. Clipping your car keys on it, makes them much easier to spot at the bottom of your bag. Hook one to a tote, lanyard, or zipper-pull to give it a pop of personality. Many folks like to pick different colors for different sets of keys, so they can tell them apart at a glance.

Each are made individually. Some have new and old mixed in, some are all from old beads and some, I've totally made new. They remind me of old jewelry boxes and Sunday dresses. When a particular color mix is gone, it may not repeat again, so if one catches your eye, that is your sign to claim it.
